As the Head of Global Sales at CTX, Wei excels in developing and nurturing her sales team and executing strategic sales initiatives that continually drives global revenue growth. Wei thrives in the sharing of knowledge and helping her team achieve their potential, both professionally and personally.
She has built and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders in the carbon market, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
Originally from Beijing China with over 8 years of sales management and training, experience Wei decided to further her education in UK, by completing her second (Mba) degree in 2022, joining CTX as she completed that degree in order to combine theory with practice.With an ever-deepening understanding of carbon markets and a passion for environmental stewardship, she leads a high-performing sales team dedicated to helping clients navigate and capitalize on carbon trading opportunities, helping to shape a more sustainable future.
